Carlos de Nicaragua

In France, the Nicaraguan musicianCarlos de Nicaragua (his real name is Carlos Wiltshire) became known as the father of latin reggae. The famous band Mano Negra invited him and Fidel Nadal from the band Todos tus Muertos to record their album Casa Babylon.

Later, Carlos also performed for a while with Manu Chao and recorded his live album Radio Bemba Sound System. After that, he formed his own band Carlos De Nicaragua Y Familia, changing his style to salsa reggae, and recorded two studio albums Escuche Familia and Militante. On the Club stage, they will also perform some new songs that will appear on their upcoming album.
