One of the most famous Croatian post-punk bands that started performing in 1988 has in the last decade shifted to softer tunes and started to play rock music. In all these years, they became very experienced musicians with one of the longest stage mileages among all Ex-Yugoslavian bands.
Their discography also includes three live albums and they received numerous Croatian music awards. In April this year, Hladno pivo released their eighth album Dani zatvorenih vrata with fifteen songs (although some of them like Messi and Na ovim prostorima were already previously presented to the public) with their own publishing company Gajba records. They recorded it “at first take” in cooperation with the production duo from the Croatian band Svadbas – “The recordings include some things that we usually would not want«, they commented their recordings without make-up. They also recorded a few songs by themselves, as we can see in their music video for the single Vjeruj u mene…
