Many professional sources, including the Guitar Player Magazine, name him as one of the best guitar players of all times. He started his career as the guitar player of the father of funk George Clinton (who performed last year at Pivo & cvetje) and then he played with Bootsy Collins and the group Was (Not Was); he played in supporting acts for Mick Jagger, Rod Stewart and his fiancée (at that time) Sass Jordan, before establishing his own group Colorcode.
He released 11 albums and his first record with the group Colorcode from 1990 is still considered as one of the cult European collections. And by the way, he also created the two popular iPhone apps Rockstar Solos and Glam Joe for guitar players, and the new guitar series The Idol Maker for the companies Framus and Warwick. Together with Stevie Salas, the group Colorcode also features bass player Jara Slapbak Harris (Bootsy Collins, George Clinton, Digital Underground, Morris Day) and drummer Matt Sherrod (Beck, Crowded House).
